Return Policy Overview

At Zetta Global Trip & Facility Management LLC, we understand that business needs may change. Our return and cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent while considering the nature of facility management services and the commitments involved in service delivery.

Cancellable Services

Eligible for Cancellation

  • Security service contracts (subject to notice period)
  • Cleaning and housekeeping agreements (based on contract terms)
  • Maintenance service contracts
  • Integrated FM packages (with advance notice)
  • One-time service bookings (if not yet commenced)
  • Consulting and assessment services

Non-Cancellable Items

  • Completed or partially delivered services
  • Mobilization and setup costs (once incurred)
  • Administrative and processing fees
  • Third-party subcontractor commitments (once engaged)
  • Emergency service call-outs (once dispatched)
  • Custom procurement of materials (once ordered)

Cancellation Timeframes

Security Contracts

Cancellation requires 30-90 days written notice depending on contract terms. Early termination fees may apply for contracts under 12 months.

Cleaning Agreements

Most cleaning contracts allow cancellation with 15-30 days notice. Premium and deep cleaning bookings may have stricter cancellation policies.

Maintenance Contracts

Maintenance agreements typically require 30 days advance notice for cancellation. Annual maintenance contracts may have early termination clauses.

One-Time Services

One-time services can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled date for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a 50% charge.

How to Process a Cancellation

Step-by-Step Process:

  1. Contact your account manager or our customer service team
  2. Provide your service agreement reference number
  3. State reason for cancellation request
  4. Submit required documentation
  5. Await confirmation and processing
  6. Receive refund as per policy

  • Original service agreement
  • Valid identification (company/personal)
  • Reason for cancellation (if applicable)
  • Property transfer documentation (if applicable)
  • Written authorization from contract signatory
  • Bank details for refund processing

Cancellation Conditions & Fees

Processing Fees

  • Administrative fee: AED 200-1,000 (depending on contract type and value)
  • Demobilization costs (if applicable)
  • Bank transfer charges (if applicable)
  • Outstanding invoice settlement required before cancellation

Special Circumstances

  • Force majeure events: Special consideration on a case-by-case basis
  • Property sale/transfer: Reduced fees with official documentation
  • Business closure: Partial refund available with official dissolution documents
  • Government directives: Returns considered based on official orders

  • All cancellations are subject to individual contract terms and conditions
  • Processing time: 7-21 business days depending on contract type
  • Refunds processed in AED via original payment method
  • Multi-property contracts may have different cancellation policies per site
